I can’t complete my booking. What should I do?
Make sure your selected dates are available and payment details are entered correctly. If the issue continues, try refreshing the page or switching to another device. Still stuck? Clear your browser cache and try again.
I need to cancel or modify my booking. How can I do that?
Head to your booking confirmation email and click on “Manage Booking.” From there, you can request changes or cancellation based on the host’s policy. If it's a last-minute change, we recommend reaching out to the host directly via your dashboard. You can msg us in WhatsApp too
I arrived at the property but can't reach the host.
Please ensure you’ve used the contact number listed in your booking details. Hosts are usually responsive, but if you still can’t connect, tap “Report Issue” inside your trip dashboard and we’ll intervene immediately.
A guest damaged something on my property. What should I do?
Go to your host dashboard, find the booking, and select “Report Damage.” Submit clear photos, estimated cost, and a brief description. Our support team will help resolve the issue under our protection policy, if applicable. Contact us On WhatsApp
I want to list my property. What’s the process?
Click on “Become a Host” on our website. Fill in your property details, upload clear photos, and set your pricing. Our onboarding team will review and help you go live within 24–48 hours.
